DEFINTION: A person who is qualified to dispense great toys. Qualification is based on the ability to actively play with toys on an on-going basis with the sole intention of sharing this knowledge with others. Toyologists are friendly, accommodating and they unequivocally like kids.

Before donning the esteemed white lab coat every new thoughtfully hired member of the Village Toy Shop team must learn the attributes of our many special toys. During Toyologist Training Nights there is lots of hands on play and loud laughter as the toys are explored and the games are on! Not only do these training sessions help the Toyologists better explain toys to customers, but Toyologists can also then help customers choose the most appropriate toys by sometimes steering them away from toys that would not be the right fit.

When customers come into the Village Toy Shop time and again they discover they can trust these experts for honest and knowledgeable advice.
