Stop using the toy and return it to the store where it was purchased. We only purchased 4 of these in Feb. 2008. You will receive a refund or you can contact Manhattan for a replacement. Taggies Strollin' Along Activity Bar Safety RecallSeptember 2nd, 2008The shiny material on the elephant's ear can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. Take the toy away from children immediately and contact International Playthings for information on how to receive a free replacement toy: 1-800-445-8347 or at their web site. There have been three reported cases of the ear detaching but no injuries.
